Concept to Product
We meet you wherever your idea lives — napkin, spec sheet, or a half-working prototype — and turn it into a manufacturable product.
See Our ApproachApproach
Most engineering firms ask for a finished spec before they will quote. We don't. The earliest projects we love are the ones where the founder is still arguing with themselves about what the product is. We start with a working session that walks the idea backward from the user, through the experience, to the silicon and supply chain that will actually let it ship.
We bring senior people to that first conversation, not sales nor account managers. The same engineers who will sign off on schematics are the ones who help you decide whether your idea even needs custom hardware in the first place.
Process
The engagement runs in three named gates: Define, Realise, and Harden. Define produces an executable spec, BOM target, and reference architecture — usually within four to six weeks. Realise takes that into a fully working engineering prototype with firmware, RF tuning, and an industrial design study. Harden is the long tail: thermal, EMC, mechanical durability, regulatory pre-compliance, and DFM on the BOM.
Every gate ends with a written design review, a working artefact, and an explicit go/no-go from you. You can leave the engagement at any gate and walk away owning everything generated up to that point — schematics, gerbers, firmware sources, test reports.
Deliverables
You receive a complete production package at handover: a frozen schematic and PCB layout in your CAD format, a BOM with sourcing notes for Indian and global supply, signed-off firmware sources with a build pipeline, mechanical CAD if we drove the enclosure, EMC/safety pre-compliance reports, and an end-of-line test specification. Documentation is treated as a deliverable in its own right, not an afterthought.
We also hand over a managed OTA channel scoped to your fleet if the product carries firmware — long-lifecycle support is part of the deal, not an upsell.
Achievements
Products developed under this engagement are now shipping in commercial volume across consumer home automation, industrial IoT, and railway safety/ IoT markets. Several first-time hardware founders have taken their first product from this practice into Series-A revenue without ever staffing an in-house electronics team.
References — including post-launch field-defect rates and build-cost trajectories — are available under NDA on request.

Whatever It Takes to Turn It On
Hardware, firmware, software, RF, mechanical integration — we don't hand off at the boundary. We own the full stack until the product works.
