We do not store long term cookies, neither share nor store user data. Our smartphone applications also do not share your data with any third parties.

The website uses WordPress and derived themes however the usage is restricted to enhance user experience and not to use user data.

Purchases

The warranty terms for each product are mentioned on the product page. For any clarifications kindly reach out to us. Orders one placed are usually not cancellable unless informed within 30 minutes and an acknowledgement received.

The delivery timeline for products in stock is usually 7 days where serviceable by our courier partners. For items not in stock there is no assurance of delivery or re-stocking

Shipping is usually by surface courier and an expedited shipping option may be at the discretion of DSPWorks with our without additional charges on a case to case basis.

DSPWorks Replacement Guarantee

The individual product warranties are mentioned on each product page which may change from time to time.

A product defective in manufacturing or design may be brought to our notice within the specified warranty period by sharing the evidence of purchase and warranty details.

We usually can identify our products and their manufacturing and sale dates and any evidence on self-repair, tampering or reverse engineering of our products may be a valid reason to refuse replacement, service or further discussion irrespective of the nature of problem.

We are usually very reasonable, polite and friendly with our customers but we also expect our customers to reciprocate the behaviour. Our decision with respect to our products, the nature of damage and repair charges shall be final and abiding.

We abide by the law in India and all purchases and transactions shall be strictly only under the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Mumbai
